FOLLOWING significant expansion of our UK operation – as well as product range – Sirane is actively searching for agents and distributors overseas to take our products to new markets.
Sirane now offers a wide range of packaging solutions – with specialisms in absorbency, bags, pouches & films, and board – including many environmentally-friendly solutions.
We have four main areas: food packaging; medical & healthcare; horticultural, and specialist packaging, and we are looking for overseas partners across all four sectors.

“Our core areas of expertise include absorbent products, oven/microwave cooking bags and films, and products for shelf-life extension. In recent years we have also added more bags, pouches and films, and in particular plastic-free pouches and flow-wrap films.
“Recent developments include recyclable & compostable salmon boards and vacuum/skin pack boards, plastic-free bags for fresh salads – we’re constantly developing.
“We also sell a range of medical & healthcare products, such as anti-slip absorbent floor mats and ADR/IATA compliant packaging – which offers significant potential for someone.
“And in horticulture we offer products such as compostable flower pouches, and our new plastic-free tree guards – products which have the potential to sell the world over.”
In March of this year, Sirane acquired Olympic, a board converter based in Gloucestershire, and then in September we added an additional 35,000 sq ft to our Telford (UK) site, with a new unit to house a water-based printing press and other new machines.
Sirane also has an in-house development team, which can help create products suitable for specialised local needs – while packaging can be the same the world over, it can also have very specific local needs, and we can help agents/distributors provide what is needed.
