SIRANE will be exhibiting at Medica 2019 in Dusseldorf – where among other things we’ll be looking for potential distributors for our medical/lab products.
We’ll also be looking for companies interested in working with us on product developments, using our expertise in absorbency & material science.
And we’ll be introducing our sustainable, plastic-free solutions to the medical and healthcare market – including our award-winning Earthfilm.
Mark Lingard, Marketing Manager, said: “Medica’s a great show, with so many companies in the same place at the same time, so it is great opportunity. For any potential overseas distributors this could be a good opportunity to meet.
“We’re exhibiting as part of the Infomedix stand in Hall 16, one of the busiest halls in the heart of the show and where a lot of the national pavilions are located.
We’re exhibiting under the name Enaris – the new name for Sirane’s medical division – which was created to service medical, laboratory, dental, care-home, emergency and veterinary sectors.
And Enaris Lab’s compliant product range offers the full secondary packaging solution for anyone looking to safely transport diagnostic specimens. Enaris Lab also offers BenchSafe, our own brand of absorbent spillage protection papers.
But we’d also be interested to talk to people selling into hospitals/health services – as we have products for operating theatre/scrubs area/maternity use – such as anti-slip absorbent floor mats, emergency spill pads and tourniquet drapes.
We also acquired a company last year with a high level of expertise in bags and pouches – which has allowed us to develop products in this area, and of particular interest might be our thermally-insulated products, as well as their capabilities to offer bag/pouches with multiple compartments.
And our popular Earth Packaging range includes plastic-free bags, pouches and films, as well as an amazing new ‘water-proof cardboard’, which may have all manner of potential applications in the medical and healthcare world.
Earthpouch and Earthfilm might also be of interest for the pharma sector.
Jeremy Haydn-Davies, Enaris MD, said: “Medica is a real opportunity to discuss any development projects you may have. Over the years Enaris has developed several new products which have been driven by customers’ needs.
“If there’s a gap in the market, and Enaris could possibly make or develop the product that would fill that gap, then please let us know. We’ve got some products we’re currently developing that have come down this route.
“The Infomedix stand is aimed at distributors, and if you’re a distributor from anywhere in the world, looking for new and innovative products, then be sure to come and meet our team. This is very much about what we could make as well as what we do make – so take the opportunity to find out more.”
Medica runs from November 18-21. If you’re at the show, and think it might be worth meeting, then email mark.lingard@enaris.co.uk – or just visit us in Hall 16, Stand B43
