EARTHFILM is Sirane’s plastic-free packaging film, which is suitable for flow-wrap.
It’s a paper-based solution and can be recycled as part of the paper recycling stream. The paper is coated with an aqueous coating which gives the barrier properties.

We have different barrier versions, depending on application, and are working on yet higher barrier versions all the time.
“This is truly eco-friendly packaging. The paper comes from certified sources, and once the packaging is used, it simply goes in with the paper recycling.”
We can also supply the same material as a pre-formed stand-up pouch – Earthpouch.
Both formats have been endorsed by the UK Recycling Association and approved by A Plastic Planet as being plastic-free, allowing use of the plastic-free trust-mark.
