OUR trade show calendar for 2020 is starting to look very different – with many shows having been cancelled or postponed due to the Covid 19 pandemic.
CFIA – the popular food industry trade show in France which was originally scheduled for March – has now been moved to September… and moved to Nantes.
The show in Rennes was postponed in March due to the ongoing Coronavirus crisis – and was rescheduled for May 26-28 – but organisers GL Events have removed any uncertainty by moving the show – which Sirane will exhibit at – to the autumn.
CFIA is now scheduled to run at ExpoNantes – La Beaujoire Expo Park, from September 29 to October 1, 2020. New stand layouts are still to be confirmed.
Fruit Focus – one of the biggest dates and more popular gatherings in the UK fruit industry calendar – has been postponed as a result of the Covid 19 pandemic.
Fruit Focus is being rescheduled for 2021 – but organisers say they are hoping to host a virtual event later in the year. Watch this space for further information…
Plastic Free World Conference & Expo, due to be held in Cologne from June 16-17 was postponed in March and is now scheduled to take place from November 9-10. Sirane MD Simon Balderson is among the speakers, and our stand can be found at PF32.
We’re also at the inaugural US version in Atlanta from October 27-28.
Sirane East (Vostok) was due to exhibit at RosUpack in Moscow from June 8-11 – that show has been rearranged for August 25-28 at the same venue, the Crocus Expo.
We’re exhibiting at Packaging Innovations at Olympia, London, from September 23-24 – and as things stand that will be our next UK exhibition. Our stand is C2.
Sirane North America is exhibiting at Aneberries in Guadalajara (Mexico) from July 27-31, and at Expo Agroalimentaria Guanajuato from November 10-13. As it stands, both shows are unaffected by the Covid 19 pandemic and will take place on the dates planned.
