PACKAGING Innovations in Birmingham has been postponed until June 2021 – the latest tradhttps://www.sirane.com/products/?division=food-packaging&brand=sira-cooke show Sirane was exhibiting at to be affected by the global pandemic.
Organisers Easyfairs moved the show from February to March 3-4 to June 17-18. This came on the back of the cancellation of the London 2020 event, which was initially moved from September 23-24 to December 8-9, before being cancelled altogether.
Simon Balderson, Sirane MD, said: “We’ve always enjoyed Packaging Innovations Birmingham, so it’s great news that the show is still going ahead, albeit in June. It would have been a real shame had the show been cancelled.
“Different dates, and a different hall I believe, but hopefully by then the situation will be sufficiently improved to allow us get out and meet people face to face again.”
Sirane has also confirmed a stand at the Plastic-Free World Conference & Expo in Cologne, from June 16-17 – the 2020 event was cancelled and went virtual.
