THE Plastic-Free World Conference & Expo is back for 2021 with an in-person show following 2020’s virtual expo – and Sirane will be there in Cologne.
Sirane’s range of plastic-free packaging solutions includes our paper-based stand-up pouches, Earthpouch, and paper-based flow-wrap film Earthfilm. We also offer both compostable and paper-based absorbent pads, and products such as compostable cling-film compostable shrink-film for fresh produce and bio-films.
In addition, Sirane offers a range of board-based products, including our multi-award-winning recyclable sandwich skillet, Earthwedge, and our plastic-free salmon boards which are a recyclable alternative to boards commonly used
Many of our other board products, including cake boards, patisserie boards, pizza boards, etc, can be offered using eco-friendly coating which mean the products come with the requisite grease/moisture barrier but can be recycled after use.
We also have solutions for the horticultural market – such as our plastic-free Earthboard Tree-Guards, which can be used to protect saplings.

Plastic-Free World was among many shows forced to go ‘virtual’ for 2020, but for 2021 the show is back ‘in-person. It takes place November 10-11. Sirane can be found on stand 410. The show is co-hosted with the Greener Manufacturing Show.
We will be represented in Germany by Rachel McKenna, our NPD Lead, and Peter Ralten, who is responsible for our flexible packaging and machinery.
We’ll also be exhibiting at Packaging Innovations, London, from December 1-2.
