COMPANY NEWS: Sales director retires after 18 years with Sirane

Jeremy Haydn-Davies has retired after 18 years with Sirane

SIRANE has bid farewell to sales director Jeremy Haydn-Davies, who has taken a well-earned retirement after 18 years with the company.

Jeremy was the first person employed by the company when it was founded in 2003, joining before the company had even launched.

Simon Balderson, Sirane MD, said: “Jeremy has been an integral part of the company since its inception, and will be sorely missed.

“He will be missed as both a colleague and a friend, and the part he played in building Sirane to being the company it is now, employing more than 300 people, simply cannot be quantified.

“It was Jeremy’s sales acumen and knowledge that got us our first customers and built the platform for Sirane to become what it is now, and he leaves a company he helped build from scratch, which is now a company with a global presence and major player in the market.”

Karl Heggarty has been promoted to global sales manager.

Simon added: “While replacing Jeremy’s knowledge and experience is virtually impossible, Karl is the person to continue to take Sirane forwards, especially as the company grows into new areas.”

“I know Karl will have learnt lots from Jeremy, as have so many people at Sirane, and I am sure exciting times lie ahead for the company.”
