SIRANE will be supporting our Chilean distributors at a popular packaging trade show in Santiago this week – as we make our Circlepack debut.
Celtex are exhibiting at the popular South American packaging show – and will be focusing on Sirane’s products, with a particular emphasis on absorbency/absorbent pads, cooking bags and sustainable packaging.

Our absorbent pad range includes a range of products suitable for meat, seafood, fish and more. We offer a range of absorbencies and colours, in almost any size, and specialisms including compostable pads, odour-absorbency, ovenable absorbent pads, ethylene absorbency and more.
Recent developments include our Earthpad – a paper-based recyclable solution, which is now available in a range of different absorbency grades.
As well as the Earthpad, our sustainable packaging range includes plastic-free pouches and films (paper-recyclable), recyclable barrier-coated boards (salmon-boards, cake-boards) and recyclable plastics.
Our Sira-Cook range includes ovenable and microweable solutions such as steam-cooking bags, oven bags (polyester and nylon) and more. Options including self-seal and heat-seal bags, as well as custom printed.
Celtex is a Chilean company with more than 50 years of experience in the absorbency industry. Originally manufacturing hygiene products, the company evolved and began making absorbent pads for proteins.
Today the company is the market leader in the domestic pads market, mainly as an absorbent packaging solution for chicken, pork, turkey, salmon and red meat.
Celtex has a 1,700 sqm manufacturing plant in the city of Santiago, employs 30 people and is ISO 9001 and BRC Packaging certified.
Circlepack takes place in the Riesco Space, Santiago de Chile, from April 16-18. Celtex’s stand is C5. Sirane will be represented at the show by Thierry Soto, international business manager, and global sales director Karl Heggarty.
